Posterous’ iPhone app!

Posted on 20 August 2009 by Budi Putra

Posterous, the blogging platform service ("the dead simple place to post everything", they say), has released an iPhone app called PicPosterous. The app focuses on photo and video uploading rather than blogging --but I think it's just a matter of time for them to release any cool feature for the iPhone. continued »

Luxor game comes to iPhone

Posted on 20 August 2009 by Shane McGlaun

I really like to play games on my iPhone 3GS, and the only thing I don’t like about the gaming ability of the device is that the battery runs down very quickly. I prefer to play more casual games on the iPhone rather than the more hard-core FPS titles that I enjoy on my PC. One of the casual games that ... continued »

One of the biggest problems with Wikipedia is that you never know for sure if the person that wrote the entry you are looking at really knew what they were talking about. Still, Wikipedia is one of the most used sources of information on the internet. The Wikimedia Foundation has announced that Wikipedia Mobile is now available for the iPhone and ... continued »

Discovery Channel app now available

Posted on 18 August 2009 by Shane McGlaun

We have probably all been flipping channels at one point or another and ran across some odd show on Discovery Channel that we sat and watched even though we didn't care about the topic. I really don’t care to see a lion eat a zebra but I once watched it on the network for an hour without realizing it. If you ... continued »

HSN app for iPhone launches

Posted on 18 August 2009 by Shane McGlaun

I have known a few people over the years that were totally addicted to watching the Home Shopping Network. They would sit there, watch what was offered for sale, and typically buy lots of junk that they really didn’t need or have the money to buy. If you are a big fan of HSN, a new iPhone app for the network ... continued »

AT&T sued in U.S. for lack of MMS on iPhone

Posted on 17 August 2009 by Shane McGlaun

I have lamented the fact that AT&T lacks MMS support for the iPhone here in America on a few occasions. The lack of MMS isn't Apple's fault, it has offered the capability for a while now, and AT&T is simply blocking the feature as it is blocking tethering. Some iPhone users are tired of waiting for MMS support on their iPhones ... continued »

Posted on 17 August 2009 by Shane McGlaun

If your luck is anything like mine, you probably don't have car trouble or flat tires when you are in your own city where you have people to come help you. The trouble always happens when you're in a far away city and have no friends to call. AAA has roadside assistance for just such occasions, but the problem is that ... continued »
