Verizon gains on new iPhone talk, BBC iPhone apps on hold, new eBay app seller tools

BBC has announced that it has put all of its iPhone app development on hold. This was done after other news organizations complained about the possible effects on the market the apps could have.

Verizon has gained in stock price on new talks of an iPhone coming to the network. At the same time, the talk has shares of AT&T falling. IPhone users are likely to migrate in droves away from AT&T once the iPhone is available elsewhere in the US.

eBay has launched a new seller app for the iPhone. The new app allows users to list items they want to sell in less than 60 seconds right from the smartphone.

it will be funny when At&t looses users and Verizon gains users when they get the iphone.

it will be funny when At&t looses users and Verizon gains users when they get the iphone. it will be funny when Verizon looses users, because their network cant handle all the users. Once the iphone is open to all US carriers then it will be worth it to all consumers who want it.

It will be hilarious to see Verizon’s network blow up as they get iPhone users. A lot people curse, belittle, bad-mouth and criticize that AT&T is so bad. Personally, I have had nothing but good 3G coverage and 3 dropped calls that I can recall in the last 3.5 years. Verizon’s network can barley handle the Android let alone adding the iPhone. Time will tell, time will tell…
