A cool new app has surfaced called Scan It that is in use in Stop & Shop supermarkets in the eastern US. The cool app lets the user scan their groceries and then hand the iPhone to the clerk to pay at the register.

BBC has announced that it has put all of its iPhone app development on hold. This was done after other news organizations complained about the possible effects on the market the apps could have.

eBay is the top auction website online and has tons of products for shoppers and lots of buyers for sellers. It's a win-win situation often, though many of use loathe eBay policies. eBay has had an iPhone app available for a long time now and the app has been given an update.
