David Pouge posted up a review today of the Verizon iPhone 4 and noted in the original review that the device on AT&T would get tethering on Feb 13. That part has been removed from the review now, likely forced out by Apple ninjas.

The WSJ investigated 101 apps for the iPhone and Android smartphones and found that many of them share personal details with ad firms without asking the user's permission. The study found that Pandora was one of the apps that shared many details on the user.

Best Buy has announced that it will be the third official US retailer to sell the iPhone 3G. As of September 7th, customers will be able to buy 8GB and 16GB handsets and activate them in-store, courtesy of the company's "Best Buy Mobile" service.
