As anybody who has tried to move from one platform to another knows, sometimes swapping data between formats is easier said than done.  Back in September developer MarkSpace promised iPhone adopters a new version of their synchronisation software, The Missing Sync, in order to transfer information from their BlackBerry, Palm or Windows Mobile handheld, and they've made good on their promise with the newly available client.

Priced at $39.95 (or $24.95 if you crossgrade from another version), The Missing Sync offers improvements over iSync, including the transfer of calendar, contacts, photos, SMS messages, call logs and notes.

It's available for download now.
