So there was a little blurb about OS X Leopard that alluded to the fact that Notes syncing might become available to iPhone users with Leopard, but has since been removed. Certainly you can supposition the reasons why just as well as I can, either they changed their mind, or they just didn’t want to tell everybody just yet.

If it’s the latter, then on the 26th we’ll all find out as that first person either is or isn’t allowed to sync Notes with their iPhone. If it’s the former, they are probably still going to release the feature, just not right now, maybe it needed some more polishing, or maybe there are other motivators for holding out on us.

Regardless, the Notes app is supposed to save things a lot like and email inbox, so its more easily organized, better flowing, and so it can be accessed from just about anywhere, hopefully including your iPhone. Then again, of all the features Apple should’ve released for the iPhone by now, I am thinking this one is sitting pretty low on the totem pole.
