Twitter patent app on pull to refresh, AT&T considers premium service, iPhone 5 orders rumored

AT&T offers settlement to plaintiff in data throttling suit

A man filed a lawsuit against AT&T in small claims court recently. The man's name is Matthew Spaccarelli. Apparently the man won in small claims court to the tune of $850 when the judge ruled against AT&T after deciding that AT&T had in fact broken its promise to provide unlimited data service. continued »
