Statistics from Flurry show that the Chinese are now activating more Apple and Android smart devices than Americans. The booming Chinese economy is leading more and more people in the country to move to smart phones like the iPhone with 23% of all iOS/Android activations in February coming from China.

Apple has been denied Android information for Motorola in Google by the Judge in the legal case between the two companies. The judge sided with Motorola after the phone maker argued it had no control over the information Google chose to disclose to Apple.
