Is Apple really in half of US homes, RIM accuses Apple vote tampering, Apple and Foxconn promise to fix violations





We have to wonder if the gadgets we know and love are really in half of all US homes. The study mentioned the other day conducted by CNBC only polled 836 people with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4%, do you think it was accurate?

RIM is accusing Apple of vote rigging to get other firms to support its nano-SIM. RIM has doubts and it claims over the last few days a number of representatives from one company have been changing their affiliation overnight.

Apple and Foxconn have promised to fix violations at the Chinese factories where Apple products are built they were discovered during a labor audit. The audit discovered excessive work time and various health and safety issues at Foxconn.
