Apple could be in for another lawsuit over the iPhone

This is not turning out to be a good year for the Apple legal department. They're currently battling Cisco over the right to use the iPhone name. Quantum Research also filed suit against them earlier this year stating that the iPod click wheels infringe on one of their patents. From the looks of things, another one may be on the way. continued »

The Teclast T59 looks familar to me

Hold onto your hats folks, there's another iPhone clone in town. Big surprise, right? The Teclast T59 seems to remind me of a certain phone that was introduced by Apple a little over a month ago.
