NEWS FLASH 6/3/2007: Apple iPhone release date is June 29th, and new video of iPhone ad! New iPhone Ads Now Available on Apple.com! The first change you'll notice is the Cingular image replaced with the at&t logo. Eagle eyes over at Gizmodo caught the time changed from 10:15 AM to 10:12 AM. First ever iPhone commercial at the Oscars!

Macworld was right about Apple using the Oscars to tease the 50million viewers of their new iPhone. I had an agony feeling the iPhone commercial would run very early in the show, perhaps the second or first. Then right after the Loreal commercial, it was. This past week was exceptionally great for everyone except Cisco. Apple and Cisco announced they would share the mark iPhone, allowing Apple to freely use it whenever and wherever they see fit. iPhone: Hidden details from Jobs keynote

Keep an eye out for the iPhone during Oscars

Mcworld has learned that Apple will use the Academy Awards on Sunday to show the world a new teaser advertisement focused on the iPhone. Furthermore, the new ad is supposedly made specifically for the Oscars, and that was all Macworld knew about the content. Testing the water: some consumers not willing to shell out $500 for iPhone

An uncommissioned report by online market research firm Compete Inc. shows that $500 for the iPhone may be too high of a price for some consumers. Should the price drop to sub $200-$299 price range, users would switch service provider to AT&T in a heart beat.
