I’m not sure how Gizmodo and Chad came to the conclusion that this mockup of a tablet looking device is a phone and the folks behind it is Google and Samsung. However, it’s intriguing. The tip came in with the words “Google Switch†attached to the image. The screen is large with few buttons – very similar to the iPhone and the Prada phone.

iPhone Skins is a nice name for the iPhone, but a more direct and to the point name would be “the iPhone condomâ€. Think about it, a cover you’d slip on to protect your iPhone. I believe the iPhone Skins is attempting to do that with their product. How well it will protect while not affecting the usage of the touch-screen is key.

I know a lot of people bitch, complain and laugh (Steve Ballmer) about the iPhone's lack of a physical keyboard virtual keyboard, but I find Andy Ihnatko’s review very positive and accurate (even though I’ve never laid my mitts on the iPhone – only in my dreams).
