We have been hearing rumors that Wal-Mart will be getting the iPhone 3G for several weeks now. It has now been confirmed that Wal-Mart will start selling the iPhone 3G in select locations on December 28th. Apple is facing yet another lawsuit because of the new iPhone 3G. Its been a lot time since reports of the new iPhone 3G having construction issues causing the back casing to crack.
