The new iPhone SDK is going to give developers another tool in their arsenal. The new iPhone SDK has a sort of semi background process support that has been discovered. Some solid and substantial information about the 3G iPhone has finally arrived. Kudos to Apple for keeping us in the dark so well. Despite their best efforts however, the new features of the iPhone have been leaked, some of them at least. The most notable, are GPS, and of course the long awaited 3G. The body is going to be receiving some changes too, as this spy shot reveals.

Everyone is waiting anxiously for the 3G iPhone. Also, they are waiting for the 3G BlackBerry. Actually, heck if it has 3G in it, people are waiting anxiously for it. Apple has made the 4th beta of it's iPhone SDK (Software Developers Kit) available to iPhone developers. The new version of the iPhone SDK has support for OpenGL ES for the iPhone emulator that is included in the SDK. Before the support for this came out, to truly and reliably test iPhone applications, the developers would have to load the application onto the iPhone.

Everybody calm down for a minute, this just what one site is reporting, and this does not mean that an iPhone is coming to Japan, not just yet at least. It is telling though, that Apple at least has an interest in Japan. Why this matters so much though, as opposed to other countries the iPhone goes to, is what type of network they run in Japan. While poking around the the iPhone 2.0 firmware Vincent got a hold of, he noticed not only can you save images directly from Safari, but you can save images from email attachments. The saving of images from an email attachment works much like it does when you save an image from Safari. Video of it in action after the jump.
