If you are using the new version of iOS on your iPhone and waiting for a jailbreak an untethered one is in beta. The new jailbreak is for iOS 4.3 and it is in beta right now and hopefully will land soon for fans to take advantage of.

Apple has sued amazon.com for trademark infringement. The suit comes after Amazon plans to launch its Appstore today for Android phones. Apple says it has tried to get Amazon to stop infringing on its "App Store" trademark.
