T-Mobile USA has let go with an interesting statistic. The network has over a million iPhones on its network even though it doesn't offer the device. Apparently, the users cut down T-Mobile SIMs to work but don’t get 3G or 4G data speeds.

Apple has sued amazon.com for trademark infringement. The suit comes after Amazon plans to launch its Appstore today for Android phones. Apple says it has tried to get Amazon to stop infringing on its "App Store" trademark.
