Apple was been granted another crucial patent on multitouch technology in the iPhone. The patent focuses on oscillator signal and circuits of the touchscreen and is apparently key to touch capability.

A new and awesome new iPhone dock has shown up on Kickstarter and just blown up. The dock is called the Elevation Dock and it scored its $75,000 in funding in the first 8 hours and continues to get money. The dock is made to stay in place and be east to put your iPhone in and out of.

Apple has been sued again for allegedly violating patents owned by HTC. The suit alleges that Apple is infringing on three patents that HTC owns with tech inside the iPhone and iPad as well as iPod and Mac notebooks.

Apple has been granted a limited patent on pinch-to-zoom technology for multitouch displays. The patent has a few limitations that will mean most phones on the market are fine with their pinch-to-zoom. Apple's patent covers pinch-to-zoom and then pinching to zoom again within a set period.
