Apple may be a behemoth in the technology world today, but back during the time of John Sculley in the early 90's Apple very nearly went under before Steve Jobs came back and saved the day. Sculley has given an interview and takes the near death of Apple firmly on his shoulders and he talks other things as well.

A midlevel manager at Apple was arrested on allegations of taking kickbacks in conjunction with a man from Singapore totaling about a million dollars. The kickbacks allegedly came from suppliers of iPod and iPhone accessories give inside information by the manager.

Steve Jobs may respond on occasion to customers who email him but the CEO of AT&T doesn’t like to be bothered by the little people it seems. AT&T has threatened one customer with a cease and desist letter after he emailed the AT&T CEO twice.

This is really a not surprising to me; Verizon customers want the iPhone according to an analyst. Research shows that 16.8% of all Verizon Wireless customers want the iPhone. That is a lot of people.
