iHome is talking a bit about its 2013 product line ahead of CES and one of the products is a very interesting Lightning Dock alarm clock. This device is an alarm clock with three USB ports for charging devices and a pair of Lightning docking stations supporting the charging of a iPhone 5 and another device at the same time.

The iNuke Boom Junior is a much smaller version of the gigantic $30,000 iPhone dock we saw last year. The new version sells for $179.99 and weighs in at 10.6 pounds making it one of the largest docks around even though it's smaller than its predecessor.

Apple has received permits to change 171 acres of land it owns in North Carolina. The land is adjacent to its Maiden data center and will be used for a large solar power farm for the data center.

Sony has unveiled a new speaker dock today that is designed specifically for the iPhone and dockable iPods. The device will sell for right under $300 with shipping set to start October 2. Sony promises deep bass and good sound from the device.

An 11-year-old boy from New York has created his own stand for the iPhone and just about any other gadget. The stand is called the DZDock and allows you to dock your device with the charge and sync cable plugged in.
