Hong Kong iPhone Unlock has 22x markup

Never ones to let a potential scam go uninvestigated, the Gizmodo boys released their Hong Kong wolfhounds to check out the 100% Unlocked iPhone! offer seen last week.  Turns out the service will be decidedly familiar to anyone who has been reading MY iTablet lately: they're basically selling iPhones that have been pre-unlocked with an $80 TurboSIM.   continued »

Yes folks, someone is selling an iPhone. Though neither Apple or Cisco will be seeing the profits from this one. The iPhone has inspired many other companies to rethink the way phones are designed, and many iphone “clones” have been floating around.
