Yes, it's a logical step for jailbreakers when facing this kind of case. GV Mobile developer Sean Kovacs has ported the Voice client over to Cydia for free --although donations are gladly accepted-- following Apple rejection on all Google Voice-enabled applications and Google’s official Google Voice application.

The Dev Team has released its RedSn0w version 0.8, enabling users to jailbreak their iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPhone 2G and the iPod Touch 2G. This version is reported more stable than George Hotz's PurpleRa1n.

The first ever iPhone 3GS jailbreak application has finally been released by long-time Apple hacker, George Hotz. It’s currently Windows-only (7 not supported), the latest iTunes installed, and an iPhone 3GS with the 3.0 firmware. The process was amazingly simple.

Just this last weekend there was the addition of not one but two utilities that enable TV output support for the iPhone. These little rays of sunshine wont be found in the App Market anytime soon, instead you have to have a jailbroken iPhone and search them out in Cydia.

Yesterday, the DevTeam reported that there was a slight hold up with PwnageTool 2.0.2 and that we wouldn't see its release until sometime later today. But they've stayed up late, fixed the bug and you can download the tool right this second!
