Apple has been cracking down on applications that have the potential to show porn. Tumblr has now announced that it has made its app recommended for users 17 years old and over due to the possibility of viewing pornographic images.

Apple pulled a popular photo sharing app called 500px from the app store because users were uploading pornographic images. The app is now been added back to the app store after developers added new features aimed at targeting inappropriate content including a report button and mature content warning.

If you like to spend your leisure time fishing, you will be interested in a project on Indiegogo that interfaces with the iPhone. The project is called ReelSonar and it's a little fishing bobber that's able to find fish underwater using sonar to a depth of 150 feet.
