Facebook has added a new feature to its app for iPhone and iPad users called "save for later." The new feature allows you to save posts to a Save folder so you can read them whenever you want.

A new Apple patent app has surfaced that shows some of what Apple has in mind for NFC technology with the iPhone. The art in the patent application shows the iPhone pairing via NFC tech to what appears to be a Sony PS3 controller for gaming.

Onkyo has announced that it has updated its remote control application for the iPhone called Onkyo Remote 2. The app allows users to stream music from their iPhone to Onkyo's 2012 networked receivers. The app also shows album art and track details.

Mobile credit card processing company Square has threatened to sue another mobile processing company called mPowa. Square isn't concerned about the technology mPowa uses, rather Square thinks that an image mPowa is using in an advertising campaign is to similar to one it uses.

The app from Uber has been around for a while letting people order up town cars or SUVs to take them where they want to go rather than hailing a taxi. The company has announced that it's now testing the ability to call an ice cream truck to your location in seven cities. That's much better than calling a car.

NASA has launched a new augmented reality app for the iPhone called Spacecraft 3D. The app has 3D models of both GRAIL spacecraft and the Curiosity rover that show up when the iPhone camera is aimed at an augmented reality target you print out.

Garmin has unveiled a new Bluetooth GPS receiver that will work with the iPhone that is set to launch in August for $99. The device is called the GLO GPS and GLONASS receiver in updates positional data 10 times per second.

Despite what face.com said what was purchased by Facebook, it is ending access to its APIs for developers as of August. The company is also removed its official Kilk app from the App Store.
