Borderland Legends heads to iOS on Halloween as App Store hits 35 billion downloads

iOS Gamers will have the new video game they can download and check out as they hand out candy to trick-or-treaters on Halloween. Borderlands Legends has been confirmed to come to iOS devices on October 31. Rather than being a traditional first-person shooter like the franchise is famous for, Borderland Legends will be a top-down shooter.

The players will also be leading all of the game characters at one time rather than playing as a single player. The player will fight against waves of enemies in randomized missions. The game will cost five dollars for the iPhone and seven dollars for the iPad.

Just as we find out that Borderland Legends is coming to the iPhone, we also learned that the Apple App Store has reached a significant milestone. Since the App Store launched there have been 35 billion downloads made. Apple also says that it is paid out $6.5 billion to developers since the App Store launched.
