Why is it that stupid people always have too much money? Take a look at this auction, and you'll understand what I mean.
I just can't get my head around the thought process that goes into something like this. I'm not talking about the person selling the fake item, I get that. They just want to make some quick cash off ...

Well, it looks like we have more Google phone info hot of the rumor mill. Google is apparently hiring the creators of the Sidekick to help develop their upcoming phone.
This would be a smart move I think, Google has no experience in making hardware products, let alone a mobile phone. The Sidekick team obviously knew what they were doing when ...

If the buzz surrounding Palm is to be believed, it is likely that they will soon be bought out. This is big news of course, because Palm was once the leader in PDA's as well as “smartphones.†The big question for us is how it will affect the iPhone.
Some analysts see a takeover by either Nokia or Motorola is ...

Bad news for users hoping to use JAJAH VoIP on their iPhone. It seems that ATT/Cingular doesn't take kindly to free conference call services.
Granted, JAJAH isn't technically a “conference call service†but from the looks of things, ATT/Cingular will likely lump them into the same category. According to Cingular spokesperson Mark Siegel they are losing money because “We have to ...

It seems that Apple has updated its iSync software to include support for a bunch of new phones. That's great, you can't support too many phones. But looking through the list, there's one important phone that is still missing.
Yes, the iPhone still doesn't make the cut. What does that mean? Honestly, I don't really think it means anything. The iPhone ...

They make some interesting arguments for ...

We all know by now that Google has an entire team dedicated to creating a new mobile phone. But is it really going to compete with the iPhone?
In short, the answer appears to be no. The phone is aimed at consumers that don't actually own a computer. If they were able to create a low-cost phone that connected users to ...

It's not every day that one gets to sit down with the CEO of a major corporation such as Sony. The folks over at Smart House were able to do just that, and they were sure to ask the tough questions.
One of the topics that came up was of course, the iPhone. When asked about it Sir Howard Stringer said ...

Yes folks, someone is selling an iPhone. Though neither Apple or Cisco will be seeing the profits from this one.
The iPhone has inspired many other companies to rethink the way phones are designed, and many iphone “clones†have been floating around. This is one of the first iPhone “rip-offs†that I've seen thus far.
At least you won't have to worry ...

Apple has contacted the component manufacturers for the iPhone and asked them to start delivering materials next month.
With the materials coming in at the beginning of April, they will likely begin production shortly thereafter. This sounds about right if they're going have the iPhone ready for launch by June.
Since they are expecting the components to be shipped by the beginning ...

I reported a few weeks back that the iPhone would show up at CeBIT. Surprisingly, it did show up. Ok, ok, before you start hammering me with questions, let me clarify that it’s here at CeBIT but it’s really not here in a form that you can see or touch.
CeBIT puts on an annual award highlighting the best ...
