MacBook Touch mockup by fan artist

Posted on 05 January 2008 by

Looking quite a lot better than the thrown-together mockup David Sieger used to illustrate his theory of an upcoming iPod Touch-based MacBook tablet, possibly reviving the Newton name, this fan-made creation manages to capture the current state of Apple design.  They've even developed the idea of an iMac style docking station into which an Apple sub-device would slot so as ... continued »

Possible Apple Tablet concept

Posted on 06 November 2007 by

Sure, it is just something some Apple fan boy came up with, but I doubt him or the other members of the Factory Joe blog are too far off. Chances are real good that we actually can expect something of this nature soon. They even supposition the idea of up to a 64GB SSD, sure, that sounds great, but right now ... continued »

iRing, Might Be Your Preciousssss, Or At Least Connected To It

Posted on 04 September 2007 by

Victor Soto must be a genius, or at least have clue of how a real bride would like to be proposed to. Lest ... continued »

Posted on 15 August 2007 by

Starting the day with something funny, we've already seen the knitted iPhone and a very impressive wood & aluminium facsimile, but how about a clay iPhone?  Apparently intended as part of a prank on his wife, Flickr user vaughn235 put together a tactile looking iPhone copy - complete with box and dock - made out of Sculpey Premo modelling clay.   continued »

DIY iPhone high on style, low on functionality

Posted on 13 August 2007 by

If you're feeling smug with yourself for having built a papercraft iPhone or even constructed an iPhone skin, think again.  While the handset in the photo below may look like a normal Jesus Phone, in actual fact it's a cunning facsimile made from wood, hammered metal and plastic.    continued »

Keep the iPhone mockups coming

Posted on 15 January 2007 by

Just because the iPhone was announced doesn’t mean mockups will stop. These images are variations of the iPhone such as the iPhone Nano and Shuffle. My favorite is the iPhone Shuffle, where it randomizes your phone calls. This is a great feature to keep you in touch with folks you don't normally would call. continued »
