Following the release of iPhone 3.1 with the accompanying SDK for developers earlier this month, Apple has seeded iPhone developers with iPhone SDK 3.1 beta 2 and iPhone OS 3.1 beta 2. Noticed that the Wi-Fi connection feature offered by the version is "huge for developers".

Apple has recently pushed out its iPhone 3.1 software for developers, just about two weeks after the iPhone OS 3.0 released. And now, we are talking about the next generation of Apple device: iPhone 4.0. What?!

Following the iPhone 3.0 software released just about two weeks ago, Apple has recently pushed out its iPhone 3.1 software with the accompanying SDK for developers. The update improves video editing, app integration and extra speed boosts as well as some minor tweaks.

Yeah, never ending rumors on new iPhone. According to AppleiPhoneApps.com, the new Apple's device is rumored to go on sale July 17. The site also predicts that the $199 and $299 price tags will remain.

According to Apple Insider, the upcoming iPhone 3.1 - tipped in the latest Apple firmware leak - will use the Broadcom BCM4329 wireless chip. That chip is known to support advanced power saving features, WiFi draft-n and FM receiving and transmitting, suggesting the new iPhone may be able to stream music to a car stereo.
