According to the English blog Tech.co.uk they have been invited to an event hosted by Google where they will be announcing a “product for mobiles.”
I seriously doubt that this will actually be a Google Phone. They describe it as a product for mobiles, which leads me to believe that it will just be a piece of software to be used ...

I must say I'm surprised at the lack of news pertaining to the Google phone. It's one of those subjects that seems to come in spurts, then nothing for a couple of weeks. Is it too much to ask these days just to get a straight yes or no out of someone? First there are rumors that Google is making a phone. Then the CEO of Google Spain confirms that they are working on it. Now, we're not so sure.

Well, it looks like we have more Google phone info hot of the rumor mill. Google is apparently hiring the creators of the Sidekick to help develop their upcoming phone.
