XM SkyDock for iPhone

In areas like mine where you have only pop and country stations, you need satellite radio. Assuming those aren’t your favorite genres of music. Sirius XM radio has a new kit for iPhone and iPod users that makes the device a satellite radio controller.

The SkyDock reminds me a lot of something from Belkin and is designed to hold your iPhone or iPod touch and charge it while you use the device to control your satellite radio. The app automatically adjusts to landscape or portrait mode.

The music is sent through the cars electrical system to the radio with PowerConnect mode or can be used with a line out. CNET says that the beta app it tested appeared to work very smoothly. The SkyDock will sell for $120 this fall and requires a radio subscription.

  1. Whats up, my group is just establishing our first website, looking and figuring out what’s needed. This blog stuck out right away. I’m fired up about this, and adore the design of your site. Can you let me know what “theme” it’s?
