The app is an online role playing game developed exclusively for the iPhone and iPod touch. The game is inspired by the highly anticipated Watchmen film released by Warner Bros. The game offers players the chance to explore the Watchmen universe in the year 1975, where crime is rampant and average citizens take matters into their own hands. You are able to create your own unique character and begin adventuring through the dark and gritty streets of New York City while following an original storyline through a real-time 3D world.
Through a strategic 3D combat engine, you can battle online foes. Constant updates are available through persistent game-play progress and stats. The game comes to us from Last Legion Games with all gaming information available through the Watchmen website. As of the 9th, there were a few connectivity issues although developers have been “working around the clock to resolve them.”
