One the coolest things about the eight-pin connector rumored to be coming on the next iPhone is that you can plug in either direction. Anyone that’s fumbled with an iPhone charger in the dark knows the pain in the neck that getting connected can be.

A huge amount of Samsung evidence it wanted to use in its legal battle against Apple has been ruled not admissible. Much of the evidence was dismissed as not being seen as important to the proceedings.

One interesting thing that’s come out of the Samsung versus Apple trial had been photographs of Apple iPhone prototypes. The most interesting of these prototypes have curved glass and extruded metal cases.
