A new application for law students has turned up on the app store that sells for $1000. The app is called BarMax and is designed to help law students study to pass the bar exam.

Did they seriously file a lawsuit because Nokia dared make a phone the shape of a rectangle? Can the rectangle really be patented? What is next? Is apple going to sue Michellin, Yokohama and Good Year for infringing on its patent on the wheel?
