Marvel has announced what it calls Marvel ReEvolution, which will see a new digital comic push. The comic book company is also talking up a new Marvel AR app for iPhone that will let users scan special codes for more content.

Apple is claiming that Samsung has violated a court order by not handing over its source code. Samsung has reportedly only offered up the source code from one of the patent offending products.

Samsung is well ahead of Apple in the Chinese smartphone market. Apparently, Samsung smartphones have nearly 3 times the market share of the iPhone inside China.
