Samsung’s legal department has asked the courts to force Apple to give it early access to the iPhone 5. This comes after Samsung was forced to hand over samples of its devices that allegedly infringe on Apple patents.

AT&T is having to answer more questions from the FCC about its purchase of T-Mobile. Apparently, the FCC wants AT&T to answer 50 different questions to start with.
