Facebook app gets update, MLB’s Bowman says iPhone users are worth more, Redeye home automation via iPhone control





Facebook updated its iPhone app yesterday to version 3.4. The update adds check-in to events and you can now unfriend people within the app.

The MLB app for the iPhone is one of the most popular around. The man in charge of content like apps at MLB has talked about Android support and said that iPhone users are a better ROI than Android users because Android users are less likely to purchase.

A new home automation system called RedEye Pro has debuted that is for pro installer. The device will control just about anything in your home and works with an iPhone app.
