Apple has now become the world’s second largest buyer of MEMS sensors that include accelerometers, gyroscopes, and microphones. You know that the devices are going into the iPhone and the iPad among other items and I would expect that to continue to grow.

An app for Windows Phone users that want an iPhone has surfaced called iPooey. The app gives the Windows phone the look and feel of iOS 4, and Apple will not take kindly to that.

After the photo we saw yesterday of the clearly thicker white iPhone 4, new reports are surfacing that say the white version is not thicker. Consumer Reports measured the smartphones and they were the same thickness.
