Apparently, if you unlock your iPhone, you lose voicemail functionality. Now you can have it back via one simple step.
Open the Phone app and hit the keypad button. Then you just type in the following: *5005*86*phonenumber#.

You can get the app from TUAW or through the Installer.app application. Basically what it does is it allows you to add a bunch of pirate garb to a photo you have just taken.
Actually what it does, is freezes the frame and then you can adorn your friends face with a pirate hat, mustache, beard, or parrot. Once you are done adding the necessary accessories, just hit the “Snap” button ...

Well, technically its not GPS as there isn’t a single GPS satellite or chipset involved. But it will use cell towers and WiFi to attempt to triangulate your position and display it on Google maps.
It comes by way of the Installer.app from AppTapp I believe. Apparently it only takes about 30 seconds to get connected. Obviously the more urban areas that have a denser population of cell towers are going ...

We have a video of Steve answering this very question. Clearly I wasn’t the only one that was curious.
He doesn’t just give a simple answer why and then try and move on either, the video is actually worth a watch. The summary is that the battery life for a 3G iPhone just isn’t good enough right now.
