Engadget has received a pic of the iPhone 4 in the cardboard flesh. The handset spied in the pics is on hand at Walmart stores according to the tipster.
Some who pre-ordered the iPhone 4 are getting emails from Apple that show the handsets landing on the 23, a day before expected. This will have hoards of geeks waiting for the deliveryman like kids at Christmas.
Privacy advocates are up in arms after it was discovered that Apple is able to capture and share information about the location of an Apple computer or device with partners. An opt out for iAd was also discovered.
Yay me….I too getting it tomorrow though I booked it on AT&T. In fact my FEDEX tracking report shows that my phone is already in Dallas right now and will be reaching me tomorrow at 3 pm though I stay in Richardson which comes in Dallas :(

I was originally going to get mine from Wal-Mart, but after finding out they only got one at my location, combined with clearly not having a plan for anyone wanting it, I’m just going to wait until AT&T has some for direct sale.
