GSLO has announced that it has received the first shipment of Volt solar chargers for testing. The company says it will test them for manufacturing quality before they ship to users in the US.

Apple has blocked the Sony Reader app from the App Store. The reason the app was blocked is that in-app purchases have to go through Apple’s own systems. That means the Kindle app could be the next to be blocked.

Apple has offered up the new iOS 4.2.6 firmware clearing the way for the Verizon iPhone. Apparently, only the few Verizon iPhone floating around out there already will get the update.
