Google says that mobile uploads to YouTube have increased by 400% just in a week, thanks to iPhone 3GS' technology. Looks like mostly iPhone 3GS users are also the big fans of the video-sharing site.

Through the release of Apple's iPhone 3.0 beta firmware, a fine tooth comb has been going over the configuration files looking for evidence of future capabilities. Main thing being the option to be able to do more with video.

British news agency ITN has launched a video-focused news iPhone application, allowing users to watch video news reports on their iPhone, even if they have no Wi-Fi connectivity or 3G reception. Since its launch over a week ago on Apple's App Store, it has been downloaded almost 45,000 times in 10 days and is free to use.
