An ex AT&T worker has confessed to committing securities fraud when he sold AT&T iPhone sales information to stock traders. The worker faces two years in prison as part of a government crackdown on insider trading.

D-Link has announced a new device aimed at iOS and other smartphone users. The device is called the DIR-505 SharePort and it offers a shared USB port that allows iPhone users to use an app to move files to and from connected storage devices.
Apple has grabbed the exclusive chokehold on Liquidmetal for another two years. So far, the alloy has only been used in the SIM removal tool supplied with the iPhone and iPad. Rumors point to broader use of Liquidmetal in coming products.
