$345 for used iPhone 4S, Samsung ban delayed until December, Garmin app gets public transportation feature





If you have your eyes on the new iPhone when it launches in September, assuming rumors are accurate, you might want to trade and your iPhone 4S. Apple’s Reuse and Recycle program is offering up to $345 for perfect condition iPhone 4S devices.
