Gizmodo points us to a new concept of the next-gen iPhone. The site also called this concept phone as “iPhone 4G”. The features offered are quite interesting, but not the design.

Except its features that, to a certain extent, impressed me, personally I still love the original and iPhone 3G’s design. How do you think?

I have to agree that this concept looks good, but not as good as the iPhone Elite. I recently bought my iPhone 3G around Christmas and it will disappoint me to see a newer one arrive this year, but I cannot wait to see what will be unveiled as the newest iPhone in their lineup. For the sake of Apple, I hope they fix a lot of issues that are with the current iPhone. I have issues with app crashes, iTunes is way too bogged down, and the often cut & paste, MMS, or SMS Landscape.
Maybe instead of launching a new iPhone they need to fix the one they have now?
Oh ! Do i ever agree with you Michael Violette ! Yes i do like this new shinny toy , we all do but let us first get to these basic facts the iphone needs some help NOW. Do NOT put a new carrot in front of us bcz we are all starting to feel a burn out from the crash city, cant open , cant ,cant wont, lost the server {and im sitting on the server} haha! No we all pay big money for these iphones and they need to start working not just sometime but every time!!!
Does anyone else think it looks like a Zune? A slim touchscreen Zune… even the back of it looks like the Zune. i’m planning on buying the IPhone some time this year and i own a Zune 80GB but this just looks like the MS concept for this years new line of Zunes!

Well i disagree with the people up above, because it is a beautiful design, with lots more features than the iphone 3G, plus it has sturdy titanium and glass, and it has a good grip. You see alot people moan about the iphone though, just because it has no video-capable, well now it has!! This 4G is brilliant, and i couldn’t say more to Steve Jobs, of how well he’s done of this iphone!! When it comes out, i’m getting one straight away! :-)

sleek design of Iphone 4G GOTTA give it to Steve Jobs for a wonderful design…. i have to say this wat a toture? after a year, apple is releasing a new Iphone at least give us the time to enjoy our iphone 3Gs. sure, it has ups and down but it is the best right now….

Figured I would share a little information I have on the new iPhone to all you guys and gals eagerly anticipating the release of the 4G. Although its not of a technical nature, It was confirmed to me yesterday by a senior O2 employee, that the UK release date is sometime in June this year. At the moment its the 8th of june, although as he said, its often subject to change closer the time. Being an O2 customer for 7 years, and supplying all my employees with iPhone 3G’s, i get the option to reserve a new apple handset. Only the one though! :-( Any further info i get my hands will happily help keep you all in the loop!
i got my 3g around january at best buy. and got the insurance on it. and when these new 4gs come out, am i gonna be able to cash in my insurance on the 3g and get a 4?
