The iPhone 4 isn’t even in the hands of consumers yet and already we have pics of one with a broken screen. This particular handset was a shell with the screen only and was broken in a test to see how strong the screen was. Apparently it’s worse than the iPhone 3GS in ruggedness.
Samsung has defended its Super AMOLED screen after Steve Jobs said in his iPhone 4 unveiling keynote that the iPhone 4 screen was better. Samsung says that the iPhone 4 IPS LCD tech is no match for Super AMOLED, neener neener neener.
UK mobile operator 3 has confirmed that it will be getting the iPhone 4 in the UK making it the fifth carrier to offer the handset. I wish so badly that we had that many options here in the US.








It seems as though there are many claims Mr. Jobs made that are false.
He also said the ‘retina’ display had a high enough pixel density that meant individual pixels were indistinguishable to the human eye from 12 inches away.

This article disagrees with that putting the number at 477 pixels per inch.
