Changing the company name from Apple Computer, Inc. to Apple Inc. makes complete sense. The company no longer only makes laptops and computers; but media players and phones. While this isn’t a big deal, it does show that Apple is flexible and willing to make changes as they see fit.

Microsoft should take a lesson from this quote by Wayne Gretzky. They’ve skated to where the puck was (the Zune), while Apple skates to where the puck is going to be (the iPhone).
