Despite Apple have refused to reveal how much RAM and what exact processor of the upcoming iPhone 3G S at WWDC 2009 event, but T-Mobile Netherlands has accidentally put up the details on its website, stating a 600MHz processor with 256MB RAM! [The original iPhone and iPhone 3G both used a 412MHz processor, paired with 128MB of RAM].

The iPhone 3G S will land on June 19th --priced at $199 for the 16GB model and $299 for the 32GB model--  in US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and UK.
