We know who owns the iPhone trademark, that of course is Cisco. Even if Apple likes to claim they own it from time to time. But who actually used the term first? Was the iPhone originally a flip phone? Apparently when Apple filed the patent for the proximity and light sensor for the iPhone they still weren't sure what it was going to look like.

The internet is going to be flooded with crazy iPhone accessories soon. We've already seen some trickle in, but most of them have just been generic cases and chargers. This is the first one that I've seen that I immediately thought of purchasing.

Bad news from the rumormill. Apparently they guys over at Infinite Loop have gotten some inside information from an unnamed source that things aren't going so well with the iPhone.
