iPhone Confirmed on Rogers Wireless
Looks like Will Pate was on the money a few days back when he reported that Rogers Wireless would be the exclusive carrier of the Apple iPhone in Canada. A customer service email confirms his report:
Rogers is actively working with Apple to launch the iPhone in Canada as soon as possible and will be the exclusive provider of the iPhone in Canada.

This is a solid 10-minute clip that’s worth watching. Steve Jobs explains the "why" of entering the competitive phone market. Steve’s response is "we’ve used all the handsets on the market and boy is it frustrating!" Steve goes on that say that it’s a category that needs to be reinvented.â€Â I couldn’t agree more Steve; the Apple iPhone will indeed change the whole phone industry.
