What’s a Google Switch [phone]?

I’m not sure how Gizmodo and Chad came to the conclusion that this mockup of a tablet looking device is a phone and the folks behind it is Google and Samsung.  However, it’s intriguing.  The tip came in with the words “Google Switch” attached to the image.  The screen is large with few buttons – very similar to the iPhone and the Prada phone.

Consumers need to prepare for the new breed of smartphones.  The keypads are going away, whether they’re ready or not.
