It's hard to judge the Eléga Pouch from the video alone, but it sure looks thick.

Other than the thickness of the case, I'd have concern that the iPhone might slip out when wearing it horizontally. It’s missing a protective flap to keep the iPhone from sliding out.

Listen, I don’t care how careful you are at protecting your precious iPhone. It only takes one slip of the hand to put you into tears.
