It's hard to judge the Eléga Pouch from the video alone, but it sure looks thick.

Other than the thickness of the case, I'd have concern that the iPhone might slip out when wearing it horizontally. It’s missing a protective flap to keep the iPhone from sliding out.

Listen, I don’t care how careful you are at protecting your precious iPhone. It only takes one slip of the hand to put you into tears. Should my iPhone ever get scratched this bad, caused by a case I bought to protect it; I'd need years of therapy.
According to tnkgrl, that’s exactly what happened. She along with others are coming forward with the following claim, "the Belkin acrylic case I purchased to protect my iPhone is scratching my iPhone… can you believe it?"
